3. Chargebacks
Attempting to reverse a transaction via your payment provider (i.e., chargebacks) is strictly prohibited. Any user who initiates a chargeback will be permanently banned from the Nostalgia Networks server and all associated services.

You are responsible for all purchases made through your account. Do not share your account information. Nostalgia Networks is not liable for any unauthorized purchases made through your account.

Purchases do not grant you any special rights beyond the items or perks bought. All standard server rules apply, and misconduct may result in in-game or server sanctions, independent of any purchases.
